In Spring 2023, the "Vuelta de Andalucia" crossed directly below our house. An annual event of the professional biking community, Tadej Pogacar was winning the vuelta in 2023.

Climb the highest mountain in Europe
The Sierra Nevada has the highest peak you can climb with a road bike in Europe. More than 40 kilometers up, with an average climb of about 7%. Try it ourself and don't worry about your motivation! You can see your target, Sierra Nevada's "Veleta Peak", from our terrace.

Perfect roads
Our house sits at the former "King's road" between Malaga and Granada. Now being a quiet country road, in former times the King travelled by horse carriage between his residences. What is good for a carriage, cannot be bad for a bike.

Perfect Weather
Having 320 Sun Days a year, Andalucia is a safe bet to cycle all year around. We recommend to go from October to December and from March to May.
